Your inner child is such an essential part of yourself. Until you begin to acknowledge and honor your inner child with love and compassion, you will continue repeating old patterns and behaviors.
Disclaimer: there can be a lot of pain felt during inner child work BUT there is so much joy and freedom to be experienced from doing the work!
In this workshop:
We will discover some signs of a wounded inner child.
We will discuss the 3 types of childhood neglect.
We will learn ways to best support our inner child safely and lovingly.
We will practice an Inner Child Visualization Meditation where we will connect to our inner child, allowing them to be seen and heard.
We will practice a yoga sequence designed to help heal and honor the inner child.
We will learn how to be our own protector and nurturer by setting personal boundaries, helping to protect ourselves from negative forces/people in our lives.
Each person will receive an outline of specific work you can do to heal your inner child, along with several other helpful tidbits to support your inner child.
