This is a time of unknown, uncertainty, and possibly fear. Energies are rising around us. Now, more than ever, we need a moment of peace, a moment to ourselves, to breathe and reconnect.
Please join Angela Bella, with Hush Meditation & Yoga Studio, as we set safe intentions and focus on grounding during this trying time. This virtual gathering is a great opportunity to come together with your tribe as we create a safe space to connect to ourselves and Mother Earth. We’ll work on some grounding exercises, self-love, grounding meditation, and open discussion.
What is ‘Grounding’?
Grounding is bringing yourself into the present moment – the here and now. It is being able to keep your mind and body connected, working together. In this virtual gathering, we will also be focusing on deepening our roots and reconnecting to the Earth, getting rid of excessive energy in the body, allowing clean energy to come through. When we ground ourselves, we’re calming or slowing down our emotions and getting more in touch with our internal world.
What are the benefits of ‘Grounding’?
Grounding our energy can be helpful when we feel unbalanced, nervous or fearful. Especially during this time of quarantine, it is so important to be mindful of “Grounding Before Giving.” Loving/respecting ourselves, by grounding, places our mind and thoughts in a healthier state which in turn, ables us to give back to our spouse, children, and family in a happier/healthier manner.
Where is this event taking place?
Simply join us on ZOOM from your computer screen, smart phone or tablet. Upon RSVP’ing & payment, we will send you the Virtual Gathering Link. All you have to do is click on that link Sunday morning, and voilà! We’re together via screen!
What do I need to bring with me?
Bring with you anything that brings you joy! We suggest being in a separate room, where you will be able to shut the door, and be alone with your tribe. Bring a meditation cushion/ pillow or chair to sit on, any sage/palo santo if you want, or any crystals, candles, body/face spray you find relaxing or anything else that you enjoy having around you during your time of meditation/self care practices. Perhaps your favorite plant, flower or succulent?!
