Our Mission

Hush Meditation and Yoga Studio desires to provide a safe space for people of all abilities and experience levels to practice and enjoy yoga and/or meditation. We deeply believe that yoga is for everyone and every body. Our instructors are educated in accessible yoga and trauma sensitive yoga to help provide a safer and more accommodating experience for everyone. At Hush, our mission remains to provide the community with an accessible and affordable way to practice yoga and/or meditation.

our classes

Our meditation sessions vary between 30 minutes to 60 minutes and are open to all levels of experience. Our yoga sessions are specially created to ensure that everyone can participate in yoga. We want everyone who has a desire to practice meditation and/or yoga to feel comfortable and empowered in doing so, whether you are a complete beginner, living with an illness or disability, or feel as though you don’t fit the “ideal image”, our classes will accommodate you at your specific level!
