Our Mission

Hush Meditation and Yoga Studio provides individualized private sessions and programs to meet the needs of each client.

Angela deeply believes that yoga, meditation, and mindfulness are for everyone, and she desires to bring these modalities to folks of all abilities and experience levels. Angela is an E-RYT 500 with Yoga Alliance and educated in accessible yoga and trauma sensitive yoga to help provide a safer and more accommodating experience for everyone.
